Accompanied by a producer, you will discover the exciting world of asparagus growing in the Seeland. Operational tours are available from mid-April to mid-June. Every day, producers harvest and prepare the fresh asparagus for delivery.
You will first have the possibility to observe the asparagus harvest or even to harvest some yourself. You will then discover the washing and sorting and preparation for delivery of asparagus.
Between tradition and modernity, you will discover the history of this local Seeland product and its journey from the land to your plate.
