The team of the butcher's shop Pauli is also constantly trying to educate younger customers about healthy nutrition, not only with fruits and vegetables, but also with protein-rich meat.
In autumn 2008 Christian Pauli took over the nationally known butcher's shop Blatter in the historic, idyllic old town of Murten. 5 employees continue to produce the traditional products according to award-winning recipes in their own meat processing facilities. But not only tradition is in the foreground, but also innovation. New recipes are constantly being developed and processed with love and dedication. Thus the esteemed clientele finds new ideas for the meat kitchen every now and then.
